hi, where can i get the details for the bay cruise and the in depth tour in san francisco? i want to know the details and if the cruise will go to alcatraz. thanks.
After visiting all the major sights in the morning, the tour guide will arrange a few hours of free time for passengers to enjoy in the afternoon.
Passengers are welcome to take the optional In-depth San Francisco Sight Seeing Tour or enjoy other sights or activities during this free time in the afternoon.
Details will be provided to passengers on tour by the tour guide.
The San Fransisco Bay cruise will not go to Alcatraz or stop at any locations during the trip; it is strictly a sightseeing cruise around the bay.
I will be staying at Comfort Suites n Inn anaheim, where would b the nearest pick up point? What time is the pick up points? I have two big luggage pto travel with, not a problem?
Hi! We are planning to go to Grand Canyon on dec 7, what is the difference between the south rim and the one in the West Rim tours, except for the Skywalk that has additional entrance fee. Are the views of the Grand Canyon, the same? Why is the South rim cheaper? Do you pick up at Polo Towers?
The Grand Canyon South Rim is the National Park owned by the goverment.
The Grand Canyon West is privately owned and operated by the Hualapai Tribe. There is an entrance fee and also a fee to go to the skywalk.
Both sides have the amazing views.
Pick up at the Las Vegas all major hotels in the early morning by tour coach with guide service. Please include your hotel name and address in the comments section when you book the tour online.
It depends on the tour itinerary for your dates of travel for which pick-up location you would use in Las Vegas.
If the first night's hotel for the tour is an overnight stay in Las Vegas, you would meet at Harrah's Hotel and Casino at 3:30pm.
If the first night's hotel of the tour is inside the Grand Canyon, your pick-up location would be Bally's at 2:00pm, where the tour bus makes a quick stop for customers who are traveling from Los Angeles.
If you wish to make a reservation for a certain date, please call us or make a reservation online so we can confirm the availability of Las Vegas pick-up on your desired travel dates.
Sorry I have one more question. I am also a bit confused about the first day. I'll be departing from Vegas. So what time should I be available at the hotel to check in?
Please note that Las Vegas departures are not available for all tour dates.
The order of day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on tour start day.
Please refer to the following information for pick-up in Las Vegas:
If you'd like to depart from Las Vegas, please meet at Bally's Las Vegas - North entrance (facing Flamingo Road) at 2:00pm IF your tour does not stay in Las Vegas on the first night.
If your first night is in LV, please meet at Harrah's Hotel Lobby at 3:30pm.
We cannot confirm the itinerary of the tour until a reservation has been made.
We highly recommend to call us before booking if the tour dates you are interested are at most 3-4 weeks away.
Las Vegas departure is not available for all tour dates and must be reconfirmed if the departure is available for your particular departure date.
Yes if you start this 3-Day tour on 12/19, you will return on 12/21.
We usually get back to Los Angeles during 6:30pm-7:00pm but there may be 30-60min delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc.
Hello, firstly for fuel surcharge, i found it is included in the pricing section you mentioned, pls. double confirm it.
Secondly, how long about the free time we have? Can we spend the free time on Guano Point, Indian Village, the Western Town and Colorado River. Does there have any additional cost, pls. clarify. Thanks a lot and looking forward to your reply.
For this tour, the fuel surcharge is included in the price of the tour, as mentioned in the pricing tab for what the package includes.
Unfortunately, you will not have enough free time to visit the places you have mentioned.
This tour is approximately 7 hours long, from the time of pick-up at your hotel.
It will only travel to the locations listed on the itinerary.
Minimal free time is alloted to you during the visit to the Grand Canyon overlook, the time spent on the Skywalk, as well as your meal time, in order to take pictures and explore.
For more comprehensive tours that take you to the Colorado River, please refer to the following links:
Hi, may i enquire about all tours: if i have booked a tour package online, but the tour is not sold out or filled eventually, will the tour be cancelled last minute or will the tour still be executed? As i do want any last minute disruption to my travel plans. Thank you very much for your help!
If we confirm your reservation, it is set for departure and we guarantee your seat on the bus.
Very rarely, if ever, are tours cancelled under short notice, but we make every effort to put you on an alternate tour or assist you in any way possible if that does occur.
In certain circumstances, such as extreme weather, the tours can be cancelled for the safety of our customers.
Most tours do need a minimum amount of people in order to operate.
If there are insufficient people for the tour on your chosen date of departure at the time of booking, we send you a notification that the tour is subject to re-confirmation until more passengers join the tour.
We also provide you with alternative tours similar to the one you have chosen that are confirmed to depart.
We update our tours and their availability on a daily basis.
If a tour is sold out, the website will not allow you to make a purchase for that tour, and will indicate that the tour is sold out.
For bookings that are made on short notice (3-5 days before departure), even though the website does not show that the tour is sold out, it is possible that the seats are filled before your reservation is processed.
Reservations are processed on a first come/first served basis.
We do recommend purchasing travel insurance in case of emergencies, personal or otherwise.
Most tours are confirmed within 2 days of making a reservation.
